Jeetu Typing Tutor ("Licensor") grants you ("Licensee") a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Application solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes strictly in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. This license is for a single device unless otherwise specified.
You agree not to, and you will not permit others to:
The Application, including without limitation all copyrights, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights are, and shall remain, the sole and exclusive property of Jeetu Typing Tutor.
Jeetu Typing Tutor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Application or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
We respect your privacy. This application is designed to operate locally on your device. All typing progress, history, and settings are stored locally on your hard drive. We do not upload your personal typing data to any cloud server.
To prevent piracy and verify your license, the application generates a unique Hardware ID based on your system components. This ID and your Product ID are used solely for the purpose of license activation and validation. No personally identifiable information (PII) like photos, contacts, or documents is accessed or transmitted.
The Application is provided to you "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" and with all faults and defects without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Jeetu Typing Tutor expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Without limitation to the foregoing, Jeetu Typing Tutor provides no warranty or undertaking, and makes no representation of any kind that the Application will meet your requirements, achieve any intended results, be compatible or work with any other software, applications, systems, or services, operate without interruption, meet any performance or reliability standards, or be error-free or that any errors or defects can or will be corrected.
In no event shall Jeetu Typing Tutor be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, for loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, for loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Application), even if Jeetu Typing Tutor has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
All sales of license keys, activation codes, or digital products are strictly final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a license key has been issued or sent to the customer.
We provide a fully functional trial/demo version of the software. You are strongly encouraged and required to test the software on your specific system environment to ensure compatibility and satisfaction before purchasing a license.
Requests for refunds due to 'change of mind', 'accidental purchase', 'incompatible hardware', 'software bugs', or 'failure to read the description' will be rejected. By activating this software, you explicitly waive any right to a refund.
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by you or Jeetu Typing Tutor. Jeetu Typing Tutor may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice. This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Jeetu Typing Tutor, in the event that you fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement.

लाइसेंस कुंजी (License Key) या सक्रियण कोड की सभी बिक्री पूरी तरह से अंतिम हैं। एक बार ग्राहक को लाइसेंस कुंजी जारी किए जाने के बाद हम धनवापसी (Refund), वापसी या विनिमय की पेशकश नहीं करते हैं।
हम सॉफ़्टवेयर का पूरी तरह से कार्यात्मक परीक्षण/डेमो संस्करण प्रदान करते हैं। लाइसेंस खरीदने से पहले संगतता और संतुष्टि सुनिश्चित करने के लिए आपको अपने सिस्टम पर सॉफ़्टवेयर का परीक्षण करने की दृढ़ता से सलाह दी जाती है।
'मन बदलना', 'गलती से खरीद', 'असंगत हार्डवेयर', या 'विवरण पढ़ने में विफलता' जैसे कारणों से धनवापसी के अनुरोधों को अस्वीकार कर दिया जाएगा। इस सॉफ़्टवेयर को सक्रिय करके, आप स्पष्ट रूप से धनवापसी के किसी भी अधिकार को छोड़ देते हैं।
यह समझौता तब तक प्रभावी रहेगा जब तक कि आप या Jeetu Typing Tutor द्वारा इसे समाप्त नहीं किया जाता। यदि आप इस समझौते के किसी भी प्रावधान का पालन करने में विफल रहते हैं, तो यह समझौता Jeetu Typing Tutor की ओर से बिना किसी पूर्व सूचना के तुरंत समाप्त हो जाएगा। समाप्ति पर, आपको एप्लिकेशन का उपयोग बंद करना होगा और इसे अपने डिवाइस से हटाना होगा।
